Virtual Machine Setup: Install Debian for 3CX:

Start the installation by configuring the 3cx network (hostname and domain name)

Set the language, location, clock settings, users, and passwords.

Choose “central” because clients are in “Chicago” also you can choose acording to your self.

  • Configure the disk partitioning and confirm the changes to start the installation.

First, choose option “1” to select web interface and then you will get the link paste it on Chrome to access “web page”.

After that, we can see webpage

Now select the 3CX link that is pointed out in the screenshot to download the configuration file from the 3CX website.

Now you have to create an account by using email to get the configuration file.ypu have to need domain email like john@company.com

Then we will get the configuration file after creating the account on 3CX.

To access the dashboard and click to admin

ADD USERS:just click on the add user button and create user ypu can see in the belw screenshot.

Create Trunk:Click on the trunk button and follow the instruction you will get trunk

It allows FreePBX to:

    1. Make outbound calls
    2. Receive inbound calls
    3. Connect calls through a SIP provider or VoIP service
  • Add Ring groups: A Ring Group allows multiple extensions to ring when a caller calls one number.
  • Add digital reception: An IVR allows callers to interact with an automated menu using their phone keypad.

After completation you will have configured 3CX phone system.
